Samsung’s A-series is mainly an offline focused series. Now samsung has launched a new phone in this series called Samsung galaxy A31 which is the successor of A30s. Let us see the specs of the device and how it competes against other devices in this segment.

• Performance

This device does not bring any great gaming processors, instead it packs in a MediaTek Helio P65, which is just a decent processor and can bring you some decent performance.
• Display

It’s the main positive part of the device, because it bring a bright and attractive 6.4″ FHD+ Super Amoled display, which most of the users like.
• Design
It’s a classic samsung’s recent phones design like the samsung galaxy A51. It has a plastic build and is sleek even with a large display and a large battery.
• Camera
It has a quad rear camera setup of 48MP+8MP+5MP+5MP which can perform pretty good and will not disappoint you. On the front, it has a 20MP selfie shooter.
• Battery
It packs a very large 5000mah battery with 15W fast charger in the box. It can last 2 days with a single charge for a casual user, which is very good.
• Price
The device is priced at 22k for the 6GB+128GB storage variant. Its priced high considering the processor it offers. But, since it’s a offine phone its quite comparable.

Our opinion
Since it’s a offline centric smartphone, it’s pretty decent and can be a good smartphone for a samsung fan. It has a great display with in-display fingerprint scanner, good cameras and a great battery. If you don’t care much about performance, especially gaming you can choose this device. If you are a samsung fan and want to buy a smartphone offline, you can choose this, else if you can buy online, you can go for Samsung’s M31 which is better at a lower price.
