Qualcomm Snapdragon launched a new processor, Snapdragon 732G. This Processor is the successor of a very powerful mid range processor Snapdragon 730G.
The new processor, 732G doesn’t bring any massive improvements against the 730G. But 732G have its advantages. 732G is clocked higher at 2.3Ghz compared to 730G which is clocked at 2.2Ghz. It does not bring any massive changes in terms of cpu performance.
Both 730G and 732G are manufactured at 8nm, which is good. In terms of GPU, both have Adreno 618, but 732G is 15% boosted to give better gaming performance. In terms of connectivity, both have the same connectivity modems.
This seems like a small upgrade over its predecessor. On the other hand Snapdragon’s compititor MediaTek is launching good and improved processors with new technology, like they launched a new processor, MediaTek Helio G95, which is the successor of G90T. Stay tuned for more information on that processor.
