This is a offline centric smartphone, so we cannot expect it to be as value for money as an online centric smartphone. But this smartphone really surprised us by having a good chipset and also giving many new features with a too very sleek design.
This smartphone is as thin as 7.38 mm, which really great for people who need sleek phone. It is one of the sleekest phone of the year. In terms of processor, Snapdragon 720G is really great for a offline centric smartphone in this price range.
In the category of camera, Vivo has put a high resolution 44MP selfie camera to the front, which is really great. In terms of rear camera, it has a 64MP main camera, 8MP Ultra-wide and 2MP macro. It is also the first smartphone to have Eye Auto Focus, which is a new tech by Vivo in the replacement of the Face Auto focus, which is really good for focusing. It also has many cool camera centric features and it also has dual video recording, which can come in handy. Vivo is known for having good camera’s, so we can expect class leading camera at its price.
In terms of battery, it packs 4000 mah battery due to its thin design, so we should not expect high battery sot(screen on time), it will be standard in the industry. It also has 33W fast charging for charging it fast. In terms of software, it runs on the latest Funtouch OS 11 on top of Android 11, which looks close to stock android as compared to older funtouch os versions, which is a great move from Vivo. Even in terms of storage, Vivo gives a good high RAM and storage option.
Our opinion
Keeping in mind that its a offline centric smartphone, its a great device for its price. It brings good performance, great camera’s, too slim design and quick charging. If you need a smartphone with these good things under 25k, then this can be a great choice for you. Else if you need a bigger battery and if you can purchase a smartphone online, then you can get a better smartphone.
