It’s a great comeback from micromax this time. This phone gives super value, it also has better software experience (stock android) which most of the phones lack at this price. If you look at the rest of the specs, even they are pretty good. It has FHD+ display, which many brands don’t provide at this price. It also has good looks at the front with that punch hole and also at the rear end with some good design. In terms of camera, it has a quad camera setup. 48MP camera is good for its price. It also has a wide angle, macro and depth cameras which have become common at this price point.
In terms of battery, it has a 5000 mah battery with 18W charging which is good. It also has reverse charging. In terms of processor, Micromax provided the best processor at its price point. Mediatek G85 is a very capable processor, with stock experience they give a good experience. Lets see how they optimize it. Micromax nails the pricing here, because it’s difficult for any brand to price so aggressively when they comeback after years, but micromax did a good job. They promised 2 years of Android updates, which is good.
Our opinion
This phone is priced really well. If you need a non chinese smartphone or a good Indian smartphone now we have a good choice. If you need a phone with good specs for its price and if you can increase your budget, then this phone is a good deal. Or if you need a phone with Amoled display, then you should checkout the Samsung M21 Or if you need a phone with 6GB RAM, then checkout the Poco M2, but they also have their disadvantages. Here the disadvantage of Micromax is optimization. They did a come back after years, so we should see how they optimize these phones. Check out reviews and buy this phone if you like.
